Ledbury Brewery:

Ledbury Gold (4.0%) is made using two local Herefordshire hops. It is a golden bitter with a malt and hop combination that ensures it is well balanced with a honey and fruit finish.

Ledbury Pale Ale (4.0%) combines new local aroma hops with US hops to provide a beer with a lot of ‘nose’. Hopped 3 times during the boil and then again twice more in the fermentation tank it provides this beer with a lot of depth and of course the aroma you expect from a pale ale.

Green Hop - Ernest (4.0%) Ernest hops are in this brew within 60 minutes of picking! The use of fresh hops allows the beers to be full of the freshest flavours and aromas and capture all of the delicate oils from the flowers before they begin to oxidise. This is a truly local seasonal real ale.

And from Grey Trees Brewery:

Mosaic Pale Ale is a modern golden ale alive with citrus flavours and a smooth after taste.

Drummer Boy is a copper coloured beer with hints of caramel and black currants combined with a fruity finish. Created in memory of Stuart Cable the late drummer of the Stereophonics who grew up and lived in the brewery's home town of Aberdare.
