Janni's Narth Quiz

Doors open7.30pm, quiz starts 8pm sharp at The Narth Village Hall on Saturday 02 August. Maximum of 6 people in a team, £5 per person.

All proceeds of the quiz go to the SANParks K9 Anti-Poaching Unit, which comes under the umbrella of Blankets for Baby Rhinos, a charity based on The Narth and managed by our own Elisa Best. In addition to purchasing and training dogs, the charity covers them for specialist veterinary care so they are well looked after.

The K9 anti poaching unit is based in Kruger Park, South Africa and has been responsible for 95% of all successful arrests. It has been hailed as a game changer in the war against the poaching of endangered species. Currently some 60 dogs are trained to protect the wildlife and to hunt down poachers, but training of dogs and handlers is costly.
